During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the convenience of food delivery right to my room. It was a relief not having to go out and brave the busy city during the holiday season. the hotel had a prime location in the heart of the city, making it easy to access key attractions and places of interest. Lastly, the room amenities were impressive and added to my overall enjoyment.
My stay was impacted by a few negative factors. the elevators were inoperable which made it challenging to access the upper floors.

The hotel offered food delivery to the room which gave us the ability to stay in and unwind. The location was convenient for exploring the city and getting around easily. we enjoyed the free Wi-Fi which made staying connected with friends and family possible.
There were some major issues during our stay which were concerning. On the first day, the elevator was out of order and we had to climb up a considerable amount of stairs which felt insecure.

The location of this hotel is convenient for those who want to avoid going out, as the food can be delivered to the room. The room has a decent view and it's spacious enough. Bathroom is clean and has the necessary amenities.
During my stay, the elevator was not operational and I had to use the stairs which is not safe, especially for those staying above the 7th floor. The presence of flies in the room was quite disturbing.
